Interview data pages
Where individual interviews live — transcript, audio, context, and the insights extracted from each conversation.
The Interviews section of your dashboard is where individual conversations live. It's the evidence layer — everything the rest of Seena references when it says "users are saying X" traces back to pages here.
The interviews list
The list view shows every interview run on your workspace, filterable by:
- Date range
- Agent (general feedback agent vs. specific custom agents)
- User identity (if passed)
- Session metadata (plan, experiment arm, cohort — any custom tags)
- Insight (the insight it contributes to)
Each row shows the visitor (anonymous or identified), the agent that engaged them, the page they were on, a sentence summarizing what they said, and the duration.
An individual interview page
Clicking into an interview opens the full page, which has:
- Transcript. What the interviewer asked and what the visitor answered.
- Interview Details. It's ID, the ID of the session (user behavior) attached to this interview, status (complete / incomplete), the mode (voice / text), date, duration, the URL where the interview took place, the conditions that triggered the agent to interview the user, and which agent it was that triggered this interview.
What you do here
- Verify insights. When a briefing says "users are confused about pricing," click into the supporting insights and read. The transcript is the ground truth; the insight is the takeaway. If the insight doesn't match the feedback, flag it.
- Drill into a specific user. If you know a customer by name, filter by user ID and see every interview they've ever done.
- Audit an agent. New custom agent not producing the insights you expected? Read a sample of the transcripts raw. Usually the fix is in the questions you wrote.
