Create a personal Seena account with starter usage, or accept a workspace invite to join your team.

There are two ways to get started with Seena. The one you want depends on whether a teammate has already set up a workspace for you.

Path 1: Create a personal account

Go to app.seenalabs.io, and you can sign up in one of three ways:

  • Sign up with Google
  • Enter your email, and click the magic link we send you.
  • Sign up with an email and a password.

New accounts come with starter usage on signup. It can fund interview runs and analysis — enough to kick the tires with a few sessions and see real output before you think about a plan. See Usage and billing for how usage scales and what consumes it.

A personal account gives you your own workspace. You can install Seena on your own sites and prototypes, run interviews, and see insights — all scoped to you.

Path 2: Accept a workspace invite

If a teammate has already created a workspace on a paid plan, they can invite you into it. You'll get an email with an accept link. Click it, sign in (or sign up — the invite handles both), and you'll land in the shared workspace with whichever role they assigned you (Owner / Member / Viewer).

A subtlety: workspaces live on paid plans. You can sign up for a personal Seena account for free, but sharing one with teammates requires a workspace subscription. If your teammate tried to invite you before upgrading their workspace tier, the invite won't land — they need to upgrade first, then re-send.

What happens to my usage if I join a workspace?

Usage is per-user, per-workspace. Each workspace you belong to has its own balance, and you have your own slice of it — never pooled with your teammates'. Your starter usage on your personal workspace stays with you when you accept an invite into another workspace. See Usage and billing for the full story.
